BOOKING TERMS & CANCELLATION

Arrival & Departure

Check-in is officially 14:00

If you want to arrive earlier we’ll make every effort to have a room ready for you, but if not we’ll look after your bags so you can start enjoying yourself.

Check-out is officially 11:00 however we are flexible. Just ask us the day before you leave.

Payment

A deposit of 50 % of the total amount will confirm your booking.
You will receive your booking confirmation then.
The final payment is due 7 days prior to check-in.

Cancellation

Cancellations, no-shows and earlier departures will be charged as stated below:

35,- Euros until 30 days prior to arrival
25% of invoice until 21 days prior to arrival
35% of invoice until 14 days prior to arrival
50% of invoice from 7 days prior to arrival
100% of invoice at no-show or earlier departure

CHILDREN

Desa Saya Eco Luxury Resort & Spa has an Adults preferred concept. Therefore we have adopted a "no children under 14 Years" policy.

This policy is based on the type of accommodation we offer, a serene getaway in a place where most of our guests are looking for tranquility and relaxation.

We do apologize for the inconvenience this may cause to family groups.
